Premier Type 100E Fully Automatic I-Core System
Our Premier fully automatic i-Core system allows the user to position the wall automatically, then lock and seal the panels by an electronic tablet. Each panel is driven electrically along the track and contains a wireless two-way control unit which the master control is able to identify and communicate with. It allows to program speed of closure and other configurations, as well protecting the system in the event of power interruption.
Moveable – sometimes known as operable – walls were developed to optmize areas where space is at a premium. The system is quick, easy, and safe to maneuver. The wall is composed of independent panels which slide smoothly on trolleys along a top-hung track, without the need of a floor track. The seal is flexible, allowing variations in height, it not only secures the wall from moving but also provides excellent insulation for both sound and temperature
With individually operable elements, the fully automatic can be adapted to almost any layout and architectural concept. The elements are available in several standard designs and can be provided with virtually any surface finish required. The stacking tracks/parking arrangements for accommodating the elements at the end or side of the track are arranged taking into account the requirements of its application and design so that the stacked elements take up as little room as possible.

Stacking Arrangement For Full-Auto Track & Stacking System
Heavy duty and multi-directional track profiles designed by PCTS and extruded from architectural grade 6063-T6 alloy. Load bearing capacity: 850 kg per panel. A space-saving and dividing panel system, it allows to neatly organize any space by a programmable control outlet, requiring very little human interference. The system allows remote parking in multiple layouts and without the need for floor tracks.

FIXED TELESCOPIC JAMB
A fixed telescopic jam with side sealing to effectively close and seal panels against a wall.
SINGLE INSET PASSDOR
Doors are equiped with a preassure seal at the bottom, which extends automatically when it closes.
AUTONOMY
Once programmed, each panel moves autonomously to its pre-set location. In the event of a power outage, the partition can still be operated using the back-up.
HINGE SYSTEM
The hinge system offers superior engineering and quality. Our innovative inclosed hinge allows full adjustment of the door in three dimensions. Thus, when the door is closed, there is no element that contradicts the continuity of the wall.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Designed and manufactured by PCTS, this device contains switches and dials for controlling the wall’s electrical system. The wall system is designed for smooth operation and precision control, allowing you to seamlessly expand or divide any space with the touch of a button.
CONTROL DETAILS
Low voltage electrical contacts are housed in our aluminium profiles, it guarantees ease of operation and safe electrical flow between the panels. Automatic seals are electronically activated and panels slide easily through a 2-point trolley system on an anodized aluminum track.
SHIPPING BOX
These boxes maintain the integrity of the pruducts. Our standard packaging is pallet, but it’s recommended the use of wood crates for sea and air shipments.
DOOR HANDLE
Our inset pass doors are perceived as the most advanced design in the market. All handles are manufactured in Germany in high-grade stainless steel. Choose between flush handle and pull handle.

A smart glass or switchable glass uses electro-chromatic technology to interchange between transparency and an opaque state by applying voltage. It can be controlled through the touchpad, or a smartphone, and also programmed to switch on or off during certain times, connected to light sensors, movement sensors, etc.

A perfect addition to any environment. The elements are available in several standard designs and can be provided with virtually any surface finish required. For somethindg a bit more decorative, opt for decorative inishes, such as wallpapers and fabric. The panels are both functional and ornamental.

The solid part provides privacy and the glass creates flexible boundaries between the spaces. The light flow expand the environments while keeping them acoustic insulated.
